The Kirksville Lady Tigers had a see-saw battle with Marshall Tuesday, but watched it slip away late in the fourth quarter and fell 38-34. Marshall’s Kiki Simic was lights out at the free throw line in the fourth quarter, making 8 out of 9 and finished with 18 points. Kirksville’s Jersey Herbst shot 100 percent from the line, 7 out of 7 and finished with 14 points to lead KHS. The Lady Tigers dip to 8-16, 2-7 in the NCMC. Next, it’s a make up game at Hannibal to wrap up the regular season Thursday. They’re playing four games in a row starting at 4:00 at Hannibal High School, varsity coverage begins around 6:30.
