The Kirksville Tigers capped off their trip to the 12 Courts of Christmas with a stunning 58-37 win over 4th rated Hogan Prep Friday night. The Tigers played well throughout the contest, and benefited from arguably Camden Dempsay‘s best game of the season so far. He scored 12 points from under the basket and grabbed several rebounds in the process to earn our Shelter Insurance Player of the Game award. KHS trailed 6-2 early, but after a Tyler Martin timeout, it was all Kirksville the rest of the way. Only 11 Tiger turnovers, 14 for the Rams. Cole Kelly led all scorers with 16 points, including 4 three-pointers. Isaac Danielson with 13. The Tigers were a perfect 11 for 11 at the free throw line. Only one Ram hit double figures, DeJuan Barrett had 15 points. Next, the Tigers take on Knox Co. Tuesday night at the Highland Tournament at 9:00 on KIRX.
