NFL SCHOREBOARD…
Minnesota 28 – NEW ORLEANS 25… Greg Joseph kicked a 47-yard field goal with 24 seconds remaining to lift the Vikings (3-1) over the Saints (1-3) in a game played in London. New Orleans kicker Wil Lutz’s 61-yard tying attempt hit the left upright and then the crossbar as time expired. Minnesota Justin Jefferson had 10 receptions for 147 yards and ran for a fourth-quarter touchdown.
ATLANTA 23 – Cleveland 20… Dee Alford’s interception of a Jacoby Brissett pass with less than a minute remaining sealed the win as the Falcons (2-2) topped the Browns (2-2). Atlanta took the lead on Younghoe Koo’s 45-yard field goal with 2:28 remaining. Caleb Huntley and Cordarrelle Patterson each ran for touchdowns.
DALLAS 25 – Washington 10… Cooper Rush threw touchdown passes to Michael Gallup and CeeDee Lamb in leading the Cowboys (3-1) past the Commanders (1-3) for their third straight win. Dallas defense recorded a pair of interceptions. Washington has lost three in a row.
Seattle 48 – DETROIT 45… Geno Smith threw for a pair of touchdowns and ran for another as the Seahawks (2-2) fought off the Lions (1-3). Smith was 23-of-30 for 320 yards on the day. DK Metcalf had seven catches for 149 yards. Rashaad Penny ran 36 yards for a touchdown and finished with 151 yards rushing.
Tennessee 24 – INDIANAPOLIS 17… The Titans (2-2) came up big at the end defensively in downing the Colts (1-2-1). Derrick Henry rushed for a season-high 114 yards and a touchdown. Ryan Tannehill threw touchdown passes to Chigoziem Okonkwo and Robert Woods.
N.Y. GIANTS 20 – Chicago 12… The Giants (3-1) handled the Bears (2-2) despite losing their top to quarterbacks to injuries. Starter Daniel Jones ran for two touchdowns before injuring an ankle. Saquon Barkley assumed control of the offense and rushed for 146 yards.
PHILADELPHIA 29 – Jacksonville 21… Miles Sanders ran for 134 yards and two touchdowns as the Eagles (4-0) grinded out a win over the Jaguars (2-2) after spotting them a two-touchdown lead. Jalen Hurts threw for 204 yards and ran for a score.
N.Y. Jets 24 – PITTSBURGH 20… Breece Hall’s 2-yard touchdown with 16 seconds remaining lifted the Jets (2-2) over the Steelers (1-3). Zack Wilson completed 18 of 36 passes for 252 yards and a touchdown. He also hauled in a 2-yard pass from Braxton Berrios in the second quarter.
Buffalo 23 – BALTIMORE 20… The Bills (3-1) came from 17 points down to upend the Ravens (2-2). Tyler Bass kicked a game-winning 21-yard field goal on the game’s final play. Josh Allen threw for 213 yards with a touchdown. He also ran 11 yards for a score.
L.A. Chargers 34 – HOUSTON 24… The Chargers (2-2) withstood a late push to get past the Texans (0-3-1). Justin Herbert threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns. Austin Ekeler ran for two scores and had a TD reception. Mike Williams had seven catches for 120 yards.
Arizona 26 – CAROLINA 16… The Cardinals (2-2) shook off a rough first half to top the Panthers (1-3). Kyler Murray threw for two touchdowns and ran for a score. Marquise Brown and Zach Ertz had TD catches.
GREEN BAY 27 – New England 24 (OT)… Mason Crosby booted a 31-yard field goal as overtime expired to give the Packers (3-1) a hard-fought win over the Patriots (1-3). The winning drive covered 77 yards in 12 plays. Aaron Rodgers passed for 251 yards and hit Romeo Doubs and Robert Tonyan with scoring tosses.
LAS VEGAS 32 – Denver 23… Josh Jacobs ran for 144 yards and two touchdowns as the Raiders (1-3) got the better of the Broncos (2-2). Amik Robertson returned a fumble 68 yards for a score. Maxx Crosby recorded two of Las Vegas’ three sacks on defense.
Kansas City 41 – TAMPA BAY 31… Patrick Mahomes passed for 249 yards and hit three different receivers with touchdown passes as the Chiefs (3-1) rolled past the Buccaneers (2-2). Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Noah Gray ran for scores.
