Florida 4 – BOSTON 3 (OT)… The Panthers scored a goal in each period before Matthew Tkachuk netted the game-winner at 6:05 of overtime to outlast the Bruins and within 3-2 in the series. Carter Verhaeghe assisted on three goals. The series returns to Miami for Game 6 tomorrow.
Seattle 3 – COLORADO 2… Yanni Gourde’s goal early in the third period proved to be decisive as the Kraken grinded out a win over the Avalanche and took a 3-2 lead in the series. Morgan Geekie and Tye Kartye netted second-period goals. Goalie Philipp Grubauer made 26 saves. Seattle returns home to host Game 6 tomorrow.
