CHARLOTTE 140 – Detroit 111… Kelly Oubre Jr. made nine of the Hornets’ franchise-record 24 3-pointers in the rout of the Pistons. Oubre, who finished with 32 points, made eight 3-pointers in the fourth quarter tied an NBA record set by Milwaukee’s Michael Redd in 2002.
Philadelphia 116 – ORLANDO 106… The 76ers took control in the fourth quarter to put away the Magic and win their fifth in a row. Joel Embiid led all scorers with 31 points. Seth Curry and Furkan Korkmaz added 20 points apiece.
Houston 114 – WASHINGTON 111… Kevin Porter Jr.’s 3-pointer with 0.4 seconds remaining lifted the Rockets over the Wizards. Christian Wood scored 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Jalen Green also scored 22 points for Houston.
San Antonio 99 – BOSTON 97… The Spurs held on down the stretch to top the Celtics on a night Gregg Popovich the first to coach to lead the same team in 2,000 NBA games. Dejounte Murray scored 22 points to lead a balanced scoring attack.
Brooklyn 129 – INDIANA 121… The Nets rallied past the Pacers in the second half after trailing by as many as 19 points. Kevin Durant scored a game-high 39 points. Kyrie Irving scored 22 points in his season debut.
DALLAS 99 – Golden State 82… Luka Doncic scored 26 points and the Mavericks cruised past a cold-shooting Warriors team to run their winning streak to four games. Maxi Kelber pulled down 10 boards.
Toronto 117 – MILWAUKEE 111… The Raptors erased a nine-point halftime deficit and withstood a late rally to down the Bucks. Pascal Siakam scored a game-high 33 points. OG Anunoby and Gary Trent Jr. added 22 points apiece.
MINNESOTA 98 – Oklahoma City 90… The Timberwolves built a 30-10 lead after the first quarter and held off the Thunder. Anthony Edwards led the way with 22 points. Patrick Beverley added 20 points. Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 17 points and 16 rebounds.
Utah 115 – DENVER 109… Bojan Bogdanovic scored a season-high 36 points and gathered 14 boards as the Jazz downed the Nuggets stretched their road winning streak to 10 games. Royce O’Neale had 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Miami 115 – PORTLAND 109… The Heat led by as many as 19 points but needed 15-2 fourth-quarter run to get past the Trail Blazers. Max Strus scored 25 points. Omer Yurtseven gathered 16 boards to go with his 14 points.
Atlanta 108 – SACRAMENTO 102… Kevin Huerter scored five of his 25 points in the final 38 seconds and had 11 rebounds as the Hawks beat the Kings. Clint Capella added 11 points and 14 boards.
