Troy Levern Schoonover, 47 years old, of Pollock, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri.
Troy was born April 20, 1973 in Unionville, Missouri to William L. and Janet (Myers) Schoonover, they survive of Pollock. On November 8, 1997 in Milan he married Lisa (Forrester) Schoonover, she survives of the home. Also surviving: one son, Pleasant Schoonover of Pollock; one daughter, Maddie Ann Schoonover of the home; two sisters, Vicki and husband Nile Sinclair of Milan and Lori and husband B.R. Richardson of Milan; several nieces and nephews; and mother-in-law, Sharon Forrester of Pollock. He was preceded in death by: His paternal and maternal grandparents; and father-in-law, Billy Ray Forrester.
Troy lived all his life in Sullivan County, graduating from Milan C-II High School in 1991. He then worked several jobs including working for Dr. Dickson and at the lumber yard. For the last 19 years he has worked at MFA Agri services. Troy loved to farm, and go on trail rides. He enjoyed going hunting with his children. Troy was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church.
Graveside services for Troy will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the Campbell Cemetery, North of Milan. Schoene-Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Milan is handling arrangements.
