Twyla Mae Perkins, 81, of Unionville, Mo. passed away of Saturday November 9, 2019 at the Putnam County Care Center.
Twyla is survived by her husband, Jim Perkins of Unionville, MO. her daughter Geneva Butler of Lancaster, MO; son, David Perkins of Unionville, Mo.; four grandchildren, Sawyer, Kasie, Austin and Blaine; two brothers, Bob and wife Carol Morrow, James and wife Melinda Morrow; two nephews, Gary Dixon, Ronnie Dixon; six nieces, Judy, Lisa , Lorri, Lynn, Leah, Rachel and special friend, Patience and Bronson Stottlemyre.
A graveside service in her honor will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Unionville Cemetery.
