Funeral Services for Martin Lee “Marty” Frazier, 73, of Milan, MO will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday November 9th at Schoene-Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Milan, MO. Burial will follow at the Shatto Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday November 8th at the Funeral Home.
