Chiefs Bring Back Nnadi

The Kansas City Chiefs this week as they have brought back a fourth defensive lineman from last season’s Super Bowl LVIII winning squad.

The agency Sports Trust Advisors, which represents defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi, posted to social media that the 27-year-old defensive tackle out of Florida State will once again play his home games at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

The contract is reportedly for one year, although finances have not yet been made available.

Nnadi, drafted by the Chiefs in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, has been a regular in the defensive line rotation. In his six seasons with Kansas City, Nnadi has missed just one game. He was on all three rosters for Super Bowl LIV, LVII and LVIII.

The Chiefs announced earlier in the week they had brought back standout defensive tackle Chris Jones, as well as Mike Pennel and Tershawn Wharton.
