Lady Tigers Pull Away In Fourth To Beat Clark Co.

The Kirksville Lady Tigers held on to beat Clark County 40-33 at Kahoka Tuesday. KHS led by 13 at one point in the fourth quarter before Clark Co. started picking up turnovers and a scoring barrage by Dettrianna Church to get to within three points. But big baskets by Paishynce Fouts, Jersey Herbst and Alia Puckett helped Kirksville pull away and win 40-33. Fouts led the way with 18 points. KHS climbs to 3-1 on the year, have a week off and welcome Mexico to town for the NCMC opener Tuesday the 12th.
