NBA SCOREBOARD…
Boston 115 – CHARLOTTE 101… Jayson Tatum made six 3-pointers on his way to 44 points and the Celtics downed the Hornets for their fourth straight win. Five other players scored in double figures for Boston.

Chicago 114 – DETROIT 108… DeMar DeRozan scored 16 of his 36 points in the fourth quarter and the Bulls fought off the Pistons to snap a five-game losing streak. Chicago also got 25 points from Zach LeVine and 21 from Nikola Vucevic.

Phoenix 111 – MIAMI 90… The Suns shook off a slow start to roll past the Heat in a matchup of the NBA’s conference leaders. Devin Booker led the way with 23 points. Mikal Bridges added 21 points. Deandre Ayton finished with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

MILWAUKEE 124 – Atlanta 115… Giannis Antetokounmpo poured in 43 points and grabbed 12 boards in leading the Bucks past the Hawks for their sixth straight victory. Bobby Portis added 23 points and 15 rebounds. Khris Middleton also scored 23 points.

HOUSTON 139 – L.A. Lakers 130 (OT)… Rookie Jalen Green scored 10 of his career-high 32 points in overtime to help push the Rockets past the Lakers. Alperen Sengun had 21 points and 12 boards. Josh Christopher added 21 points off the bench.

MINNESOTA 132 – Oklahoma City 102… Malik Beasley set a franchise record with 11 3-pointers and finished with 33 points as the Timberwolves’ thrashing of the Thunder. Karl-Anthony Towns had 13 points and 11 rebounds in just 29 minutes.

Orlando 108 – NEW ORLEANS 102… The Magic built a 15-point halftime lead and held off the Pelicans. Cole Anthony scored 19 points to lead a balanced scoring attack.

New York 107 – DALLAS 77… The Knicks held the Mavericks to 34 points en route to a blowout win. All five starters scored in double figures, led by Julius Randle’s 26 points.

Toronto 119 – SAN ANTONIO 104… The Raptors cruised past the Spurs to snap a three-game skid. Fred VanVleet pumped in 26 points. Scottie Barnes and Pascal Siakam added 20 points apiece.

UTAH 123 – Portland 85… The Jazz routed the Trail Blazers for their eighth straight win at home. Bojan Bogdanovic made six 3-pointers and finished with 27 points. Portland has lost six straight games since the All-Star break.

Denver 106 – SACRAMENTO 100… The Nuggets recovered to down the Kings after blowing an 18-point lead. Nikola Jokic racked up 38 points, 18 boards and seven assists. Monte Morris tossed in 20 points.

L.A. CLIPPERS 115 – Washington 109… The Clippers closed with an 11-0 run to upend the Wizards. Nicolas Batum knocked down a go-ahead 3-pointer with 31.2 seconds remaining. Reggie Jackson scored a game-high 31 points. Marcus Morris Sr. added 27 points.
