Lady Tigers Crush Marshall

The Kirksville Lady Tigers put down the Marshall Lady Owls Wednesday on the road 52-12. A great defensive effort led to 22 Marshall turnovers, compared to just 10 by KHS. Jada Jackson did a nice job holding Marshall’s Leah Weaver to only 4 points. Corinne Vorkink led KHS with 11 points, 10 from Natalie Pigg. The Lady Tigers outscored Marshall 17-4 in the 3rd to send the fourth into continuous clock. KHS climbs to 6-2 overall, 3-1 in the NCMC. After Christmas the girls head to the 12 courts of Christmas event in Kansas City December 30th and 31st.
