NFL Scores Sunday 12-19

NFL SCORES…
BUFFALO 31 – Carolina 14… Josh Allen hit Gabriel Davis with two of his three touchdown passes and the Bills (8-6) brushed aside the Panthers (5-9). Buffalo’s defense recorded four sacks and an interception.

DETROIT 30 – Arizona 12… The Lions (2-11-1) dominated on both sides of the ball in shocking the Cardinals (10-4). Jared Goff threw touchdown passes to three different receivers. Craig Reynolds rushed for 112 yards.

MIAMI 31 – N.Y. Jets 24… Tua Tagovailoa found DeVante Parker with a tie-breaking 11-yard touchdown pass with 3:37 left to push the Dolphins (7-7) past Jets (3-11) for their sixth straight win. Duke Johnson rushed for 107 yards two scores.

Dallas 21 – N.Y. GIANTS 6… The Cowboys (10-4) turned it up defensively in downing the Giants (4-10), forcing four turnovers for the third straight game. Ezekiel Elliott opened the scoring with a 13-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Dak Prescott threw a late 1-yard scoring pass to Dalton Schultz.

PITTSBURGH 19 – Tennessee 13… Cornerback Joe Haden stuffed Tennessee wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine inches short of a first down at the Pittsburgh 10 in the final seconds to seal the the Steelers’ (7-6-1) win over the Titans (9-5). While the offense managed just 168 yards, Pittsburgh’s defense forced four turnovers.

Houston 30 – JACKSONVILLE 16… Rookie quarterback Davis Mills connected with Brandin Cooks twice for touchdowns and the Texans (3-11) handled the Jaguars (2-12). Tremon Smith returned a kickoff 98 yards for a score.

Cincinnati 15 – DENVER 10… The Bengals (8-6) grinded out a win over the Broncos (7-7) and moved into a first-place tie with Baltimore atop the AFC North. Joe Burrows threw a go-ahead 56-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Boyd with 30 seconds left in the third quarter and the defense held.

SAN FRANCISCO 31 – Atlanta 13… The 49ers (8-6) scored touchdowns on four straight drives in breezing past the Falcons (6-8) to remain in wild-card position as the sixth-place team in the NFC. Jimmy Garoppolo threw for 235 yards and a touchdown.

Green Bay 31 – BALTIMORE 30… The Packers (11-3) held on at the end to escape with a win over the Ravens (8-6) and clinch the NFC North title. Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdown passes to tie Brett Favre for the franchise career record. The victory was secured when Baltimore failed on a 2-point conversion attempt in the final minute.

New Orleans 9 – TAMPA BAY 0… The Saints (7-7) stifled the Buccaneers (10-4) in shutting out the Super Bowl champions on their home field. Brett Maher booted three field goals to 42 yards.
