Charlotte 120 – ORLANDO 111… The Hornets made it four wins in five games with their win over the Magic. Miles Bridges hit a 3-pointer with 1:02 left and finished with 31 points. Gordon Hayward added 24 points.
Washington 116 – Boston 107… The Wizards were too much in the fourth quarter and put away the Celtics. Montrezl Harrell made 10 of 13 shots on his way to 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Spencer Dinwiddie added 22 points.
Miami 106 – BROOKLYN 93… Bam Adebayo scored 24 points to lead a balanced scoring attack and the handled the Nets. Jimmy Butler had 17 points and 14 boards.
TORONTO 118 – Indiana 100… Fred VanVleet made six of seven 3-point attempts and totaled 26 points and 10 rebounds in the Raptors’ win over the Pacers. OG Anunoby tossed in 25 points.
Atlanta 102 – NEW ORLEANS 99… The Hawks erased an early double-digit deficit and then hung on at the end to down the Pelicans. Trae Young scored a game-high 31 points.
Minnesota 113 – MILWAUKEE 108… The Timberwolves got 29 points from D’Angelo Russell in holding off the short-handed Bucks. Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards scored 25 points apiece. Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 40 points and 16 boards weren’t enough for Milwaukee.
OKLAHOMA CITY 123 – L.A. Lakers 115… The Thunder rallied from 26 points down to upend the Lakers for their first win of the season. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the way with 27 points. Darius Bazley added 20 points. Rookie Josh Giddey had 18 points and 10 assists.
Sacramento 110 – PHOENIX 107… Harrison Barnes’ 3-pointer at the buzzer lifted the Kings over the Suns after Sacramento let a 13-point fourth quarter lead slip away. Barnes finished with 22 points. Buddy Hield delivered 26 points off the bench.
PORTLAND 116 – Memphis 96… The Trail Blazers rolled past the Grizzlies in the second half after trailing by six at the break. CJ McCollum lit it up for 26 points. Damian Lillard scored 20 points and dished off 10 assists.
Cleveland 92 – L.A. CLIPPERS 79… The Cavaliers led start to finish in their defeat of the Clippers. Collin Sexton led all scorers with 26 points. Rookie Evan Mobley had 12 points and 10 rebounds.
