NHL Scores Tuesday 10-26

NHL SCOREBOARD…
Calgary 5 – NEW JERSEY 3… Andrew Mangiapane netted two of the Flames’ four first-period goals in the win over the Devils, Backup goalie Dan Vladar made 27 saves.

Tampa Bay 5 – PITTSBURGH 1… Ondrej Palat and Ryan McDonagh scored 10 seconds apart during a three-goal second period and the Lightning went on to notch their first regulation victory of the season. Brayden Point scored 31 seconds into the second gave the Lightning their first lead in regulation. Goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy stopped 28 shots.

Vegas 3 – COLORADO 1… The injury-plagued Golden Knights topped the Avalanche to snap their four-game skid. Reilly Smith scored a short-handed goal in the second period after Chandler Stephenson opened the scoring. Robin Lehner made 26 saves at goal.

NASHVILLE 3 – San Jose 1… The Predators got goals from Matt Duchene and Filip Forsberg in holding of the Sharks. Mikael Granlund added an empty-netter. Goalie Juuse Saros stopped 28 shots.

Minnesota 3 – VANCOUVER 2… Matt Dumba’s goal early in the third period proved to be the difference as the Wild held off the Canucks. Mats Zuccarello and Jonas Brodin also scored for Minnesota.

Winnipeg 4 – ANAHEIM 3… Nikolaj Ehlers scored 19 second apart in the final 1:20 to cap a three-goal third period and lift the Jets over the Ducks. Ehlers also set up Andrew Copp’s tying goal.

SEATTLE 5 – Montreal 1… The Kraken skated past the Canadiens to claim their first home win in franchise history. Brandon Tanev found the net twice. Yanni Gourde had a goal and an assist.
