OTTAWA 6 – Vancouver 3… The Senators put away the Canucks with a four-goal second period. Brady Tkachuk and Thomas Chabot both had a goal and an assist.
Toronto 4 – MONTREAL 1… The Maple Leafs skated past the Canadiens to clinch a playoff spot. Auston Matthews netted his NHL-leading 35th goal. Morgan Rielly had two assists.
Edmonton 3 – WINNIPEG 1… Tyson Barrie and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins each had a goal and an assist for the Oilers. Connor McDavid set up three goals.
VEGAS 5 – Colorado 2… Max Pacioretty scored two goals and had an assist in leading the Golden Knights past the Avalanche in a matchup of the Western Division’s top two teams. Mark Stone had a goal and two assists. Goalie Marc-Andre Fleury made 35 saves.
Anaheim 3 – LOS ANGELES 2… The Ducks came from two goals down midway through the second period to down the Kings. Cam Fowler scored an unassisted tie-breaking goal with 1:01 remaining. John Gibson stopped 28 shots at goal.
SAN JOSE 4 – Arizona 2… The Sharks opened with three straight goals and then hung on to edge the Coyotes. Evander Kane sparked the barrage with his 20th goal. Goalie Josef Korenar made 28 stops.
