N.Y. Rangers 5 – NEW JERSEY 3… Mika Zibanejad netted a tie-breaking power-play goal with 3 minutes remaining and the Rangers completed a four-game sweep of the Devils.
BUFFALO 4 – Pittsburgh 2… Sam Reinhart found the net twice in leading the Sabres past the Penguins. Rasmus Dahlin assisted on two goals. Goalie Dustin Tokarski made 34 saves.
Vegas 5 – ANAHEIM 2… The Golden Knights skated past the Ducks and into a first-place tie with Colorado atop the West Division. Max Stone, Max Pacioretty and Nicolas Roy each had a goal and an assist.
N.Y. Islanders 1 – PHILADELPHIA 0 (OT)… Nick Leddy’s goal 2:23 into overtime sent the Islanders past the Flyers. Ilya Sorokin stopped all 30 shots at goal.
VANCOUVER 3 – Toronto 2 (OT)… The Canucks returned from a nearly four-week layoff because of a COVID-19 outbreak and outlasted the Maple Leafs. Bo Horvat netted his second goal of the game 1:19 into overtime.
