The Kirksville Lady Tigers picked up a big NCMC road win over Fulton Friday 45-33. KHS led by 14 in the fourth quarter before Fulton got to within 6, 38-32. But the Lady Tigers made 6 out of 8 free throws in the fourth quarter to pull away. They also used a strong defense to force Fulton to turn the ball over many times late. Jenna Jackson led the way with 17 points, including four big free fourth quarter free throws. Kenslie Stufflebean was 3 out of 4 at the stripe in the fourth. Channing Totta was the other Lady Tiger in double figures with 13. KHS climbs to 9-8 overall, 5-2 in the conference, and they have now won 8 of their last 10. Next action for the ladies will be Thursday at home against Chillicothe.
