Jeannie L. Perkins, age 60 of Novelty, MO, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020 in Columbia, MO. She was born in Memphis, TN on December 6, 1959, the daughter of Glen and Leota Campbell Cannon. She was united in marriage to James William Perkins on April 2, 2012 in Moberly, MO.
Jeannie was a homemaker and had resided in Edina nine years before moving to Novelty where she has resided the past three years. She loved fishing, crafts, taking walks and motorcycles. She was a member of the Novelty Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband James Perkins of Novelty, MO, her mother and step father Leota and Ludger Goth of Montrose, MO, four children, David Lee Saulmon of LaBelle, MO, Donna Marie Saulmon of Knox City, MO, Shonna Nicole Saulmon-Eiler of LaBelle, MO, and James Lee Perkins of Novelty, MO, three brothers Walter, Tad, and Jerry Cannon and one sister Teresa Hetherington, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 10:30 Monday, October 19, 2020 in the Novelty Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2020 in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, MO.
