Adam Truitt of Milan, Missouri, passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 43.
Born on February 11, 1982, to Richard Truitt and Julie Jasinski, Adam was a proud graduate of Milan C2 High School. He dedicated much of his life to his community, working as a maintenance man at the local high school, where he was known for his hard work and friendly spirit.
Adam had a deep love for the outdoors and cherished the time he spent hunting and fishing, especially with his beloved sons, Joshua and Tristan. His passion for nature and family was evident to all who knew him.
Beloved by his family, friends, and the entire Milan community, Adam’s kindness and warmth touched many lives and left a lasting legacy.
He is survived by his sons, Joshua and Tristan Truitt, and his parents, Richard Truitt and Julie and Terry Jasinski, siblings Elizabeth Altiser, Brandy Ball, James Truitt, and Jared Jasinski. Adam was preceded in death by his beloved sister Lisa Truitt.
Services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Ruschmeier-Smith Funeral Home in Milan Missouri. Visitation will be on Monday August 4th 6-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
