The Mexico Bulldogs are still the team to beat in the NCMC following their 66-48 win over the Kirksville Tigers Friday at Tiger Gym. In a game eerily similar to the loss at Mexico in December, the Tigers went toe to toe with the Bulldogs in the first half and only trailed by three at the break. But the Tigers went ice cold from the field after the break and Mexico took full advantage. The Bulldogs had three players in double figures, led by Jayden Eldridge with 17 points. Jace Kent and Cole Kelly scored 10 each to lead the Tigers. KHS dips to 10-6, 3-2 in the NCMC and will have a tough matchup against the Spartans of Moberly Tuesday at Tiger Gym.
