Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt could see the field Sunday in Los Angeles.
The team signed the 29-year-old to their active roster Tuesday while waiving RB Keaontay Ingram in a corresponding move, according to ESPN.
The Chiefs added Hunt to their practice squad last week following the injury of starter Isiah Pacheco.
A former third-round pick, Hunt started his career with the Chiefs but was cut nearly six years ago after a video surfaced online of him shoving and kicking a woman at a Cleveland hotel.
He spent the last five seasons with the Browns.
