Linda Lee (Lasley) Lake, 76 of Kirksville, Missouri, formerly of Glenwood, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.
The daughter of John Harold and Betty Irene Lasley Chance, she was born on August 12, 1947 in Glenwood, Missouri. She graduated in 1965 from Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Missouri and attended Indian Hills College in Ottumwa, Iowa. On August 15, 1966, she was united in marriage to Roy “Nub” Lake in Glenwood, Missouri and to this union one son, Jerrod was born.
Survivors include her son, Jerrod Lake and wife, Sara of Kirksville, Missouri; three granddaughters, Jasmine, Liliana and Deana; one sister, Janet Hetzler and husband, David of Columbia, Missouri; nieces and nephews, cousins and other family members.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Lake and one brother, Larry Lasley and his wife, Linda.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri with Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri officiating.
