The Kirksville Lady Tigers trailed by just four at halftime 24-20, but Chillicothe geared up defensively, outscoring KHS 19-3 in the third quarter on their way to a 54-27 win over Kirksville. Jersey Herbst scored 12 for KHS, Chillicothe’s Liz Oliver led all scorers with 18. The Hornets had three players in double figures. Kirksville dips to 8-15 and will host Marshall on Senior Night Tuesday.
