The Kirksville Tigers went double overtime against the Southern Boone Eagles but dropped a hard fought game 68-67. The Eagles Jace Wren buried a three for the first basket of the second overtime and the Tigers would never lead again in the back and forth battle. Cole Kelly led all scorers with 26 points, Gavin Pike with 23, Kyle White with ten. Southern Boone was 23 out of 32 at the free throw line, KHS 5 out of 10 for the night. The Tigers drop to 10-7 on the year and will play North Point Saturday. Thursday the Lady Tigers play Capital City at 5:00 right back in Ashland.
