The reigning Super Bowl champions got five Pro Bowl selections, the Kansas City Chiefs announced Wednesday night.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes was selected to his sixth straight Pro Bowl and tight end Travis Kelce was selected to his ninth consecutive Pro Bowl.
Along with those two Chiefs stalwarts, defensive tackle Chris Jones, center Creed Humphrey and left guard Joe Thuney were all selected.
The selection was Jones’ fifth of his career. Humphrey was selected for the second straight year as was Thuney.
L’Jarius Sneed, offensive guard Trey Smith, running back Isiah Pacheco, linebacker Willie Gay and linebacker Nick Bolton were all named alternates.
