NFL Scores Sunday 9-17

NFL SCORES…
ATLANTA 25 – Green Bay 24… The Falcons (2-0) scored 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to pull off a win over the Packers (1-1). Younghoe Koo booted a decisive 25-yard field goal with 57 seconds remaining. Bijan Robinson rushed for 124 yards on 19 carries.

BUFFALO 38 – Las Vegas 10… Josh Allen threw for 274 yards and hit threw different receivers with touchdown passes as the Bills (1-1) rolled past the Raiders (1-1). James Cook rushed 17 times for 123 yards.

Baltimore 27 – CINCINNATI 24… Lamar Jackson completed 24 of 33 pass for 237 yards and two touchdowns as the Ravens (2-0) grinded out a win over the Bengals (0-2).  Jackson also rushed for 54 yards. Cincinnati quarterback Joe Burrow appeared to aggravate the same calf injury that sidelined him for all of training camp late in the contest.

Seattle 37 – DETROIT 31 (OT)… The Seahawks (1-1) recovered to get past the Lions (1-1) after blowing a 10-point lead in the final minutes. Geno Smith threw a 6-yard scoring toss to Tyler Lockett at 5:41 of overtime. The two also connected for a fourth-quarter score. Kenneth Walker III scored on two short TD runs. Tre Brown returned an interception 40 yards for a fourth-quarter TD.

TENNESSEE 27 – L.A. Chargers 24 (OT)… Nick Folk’s 41-yard field goals at 5:02 of overtime lifted the Titans (1-1) over the Chargers (0-2). Ryan Tannehill was 20 of 24 for 246 yards and a touchdown.

TAMPA BAY 27 – Chicago 17… Baker Mayfield completed 26 of 34 passing attempts for 317 yards and a touchdown in guiding the Buccaneers (2-0) past the Bears (0-2). Mike Evans had six catches for 171 yards and a TD. Shaquil Barrett’s 4-yard interception return for a score sealed the victory with 2:03 remaining.

Kansas City 17 – JACKSONVILLE 9… Patrick Mahomes threw 9-yard touchdown passes to Skyy Brown and Travis Kelce in leading the Chiefs (1-1) past the Jaguars (1-1). Mahomes completed 29 of 41 passes for 305 yards.

Indianapolis 31 – HOUSTON 20… The Colts (1-1) scored 28 first-half points in building an 18-point halftime lead and held off the Texans (0-2). Anthony Richardson rushed for two early touchdowns before leaving with a concussion. Zack Moss also ran for a score.

San Francisco 30 – L.A. RAMS 23… The 49ers (2-0) forced a pair of late turnovers in holding off the Rams (1-1). Deebo Samuel’s 11-yard touchdown run with 3:08 remaining was the difference. Christian McCaffrey rushed for 116 yards and a score.

N.Y. Giants 31 – ARIZONA 28… The Giants (1-1) overcame a 21-point third-quarter deficit to upend the Cardinals (0-2). Graham Gano kicked a tie-breaking 34-yard field goal with 19 seconds remaining. Daniel Jones passed for 321 yards and two touchdowns.

DALLAS 30 – N.Y. Jets 10… Dak Prescott threw a pair of first-half touchdown passes and the Cowboys (2-0) breezed past the Jets (1-1). Defensively, Dallas intercepted New York quarterback Zack Wilson three times.

Washington 35 – DENVER 33… The Commanders (2-0) rallied from 18 points down to top the Broncos (0-2). Sam Howell threw touchdown passes to Logan Thomas and Terry McLaurin. Brian Robinson ran for two fourth-quarter scores.

Miami 24 – NEW ENGLAND 17… Raheem Mostert rushed for and a pair of touchdowns to lead the Dolphins (2-0) past the Patriots (0-2). Tua Tagovailoa passed for 249 yards and a score.
