NHL SECOND-ROUND STANLEY CUP PLAYOFF SCORES…
Toronto 2 – FLORIDA 1… The Maple Leafs edged the Panthers in Game 4 to avoid being swept in the second-round Stanley Cup playoff series. William Nylander opened the scoring with a second-period goal. Mitch Marner found the net in the third. Goalie Joseph Woll made 24 saves. The series returns to Toronto for Game 5 tomorrow.

EDMONTON 4 – Vegas 1… The Oilers scored three unanswered goals in the second period and coasted past the Golden Knights to even the second-round Stanley Cup playoff series at two games apiece. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins had a goal and an assist. Connor McDavid assisted on two goals. The series returns to Las Vegas for tomorrow’s Game 5.
