Jesper Fast had a goal and an assist. Jordan Staal set up two goals. The series remains in Raleigh for Game 2 tomorrow.
VEGAS 6 – Edmonton 4… The Golden Knights held off the Oilers in the opener of the second round series. Ivan Barbashov broke a tie with his second goal of the in the third period and Chandler Stephenson scored 50 seconds later. Jack Eichel capped the scoring with an empty-netter. Leon Draisaitl scored all four goals for Edmonton. The series remains in Las Vegas for Saturday’s Game 2.
