Calgary 4 – ST. LOUIS 1… The Flames scored three straight goals in the third period to bury the Blues. Dillon Dube scored a tie-breaking goal and added an empty-netter. Goalie Dan Vladar made 25 saves.
Seattle 3 – BOSTON 0… Kraken goalie Martin Jones stopped all 37 shots in blanking the Bruins. Brandon Tanev netted the only goal Seattle needed in the first period. Eeli Tolvanen and Jaden Schwartz also found the net.
Winnipeg 4 – BUFFALO 2… Kyle Connor scored on a breakaway to break a third-period tie and Karson Kuhlman scored into an empty net as the Jets topped the Sabres. Connor Hellebuyck made 39 saves at goal.
COLUMBUS 6 – Carolina 2… Brett Pesce netted a pair of goals to lead the Blue Jackets past the Hurricanes. Jacob Slavin had a goal and an assist. Sebastian Aho and Jesperi Kotkanien each had two assists.
DETROIT 4 – Toronto 1… Goals by Lucas Raymond and Robby Fabbri gave the Red Wings the lead for good in their win over the Maple Leafs. Ben Chiarot scored into an empty net and Moritz Seider netted a power-play goal in the final two minutes. Goalie Ville Husso stopped 32 shots.
MONTREAL 4 – Nashville 3… Cole Caufield scored a tie-breaking power-play goal midway through the second period and added the decisive goal off a third-period power play to send the Canadiens past the Predators. Jonathan Drouin assisted on three goals.
N.Y. RANGERS 2 – Dallas 1 (OT)… Adam Fox’s goal at 1:16 of overtime lifted the Rangers over the Stars. K’Andre Miller scored with .2 seconds left in regulation to force the extra period. Igor Shesterkin stopped 24 shots at goal.
TAMPA BAY 5 – Vancouver 4… The Lightning withstood a late rally to edge the Canucks. Nikita Kucherov scored the first of three straight Tampa Bay goals to break a tie in the second period. Steven Stamkos and Alex Killorn each had a goal and an assist. Stamkos is one shy of 500 goals in his career.
Minnesota 3 – N.Y. ISLANDERS 1… The Wild scored all thee goals in the third period to upend the Islanders. Frederick Gaudreau sparked the uprising with a short-handed goal midway through. Kirill Kaprizov followed with a goal and an assist.
CHICAGO 3 – Colorado 2… Taylor Raddysh scored a go-ahead goal early in the third period and the Blackhawks made it stand in holding off the Blackhawks. Sam Lafferty and Andreas Athanasiou also lit the lamp for Chicago. Goalie Petr Mrazek stopped 31 shots.
Ottawa 5 – ARIZONA 3… Alex DeBrincat had a goal and an assist as the Senators skated past the Coyotes. Claude Giroux and Jake Sanderson each set up two goals.
VEGAS 4 – Florida 2… The Golden Knights scored three unanswered goals in the third period to down the Panthers. Jack Eichel and William Carrier scored the tying and go-ahead goals. Keegan Kolesar set up two goals.
