The Kirksville Lady Tigers rode a strong defense for the second straight game and beat Marshall 61-26 Tuesday at Tiger Gym. KHS outscored Marshall 18-3 in the 3rd quarter to pull away. Marshall committed 30 turnovers compared to Kirksville’s 12. Elli Porter led all scorers with 20 points, as she put down 20 for the second straight game, Paishynce Fouts with 13 points, and ten for Jada Jackson. Kirksville has now won three straight to get to 4-3 on the year, and 3-1 in the NCMC. Next, it’s a trip to Kansas City for the 12 Courts of Christmas next Thursday and Friday.
