NFL SCOREBOARD…
ATLANTA 27 – Chicago 24… Younghoe Koo booted a tie breaking 53-yard field goal with less than 2 minutes remaining and the Falcons (5-6) held on to hand the Bears (3-8) their fourth straight loss. Cordarrelle Patterson set an NFL record with his ninth career kickoff return for a touchdown when he scored on a 103-yard return in the second quarter. Marcus Mariota threw for a touchdown and ran for another   .

BUFFALO 31 – Cleveland 23… The home-team Bills (7-3) fought off the Browns (3-7) in a game played in Detroit due to heavy snow in Buffalo. Tyler Bass kicked six field goals to 59 yards. Josh Allen threw a go-ahead, 5-yard touchdown pass to Stefon Diggs with 14 seconds left in the first half. Devin Singletary added a 5-yard scoring run in the third quarter..

Philadelphia 17 – INDIANAPOLIS 16… The Eagles (9-1) came from 10 points down in the third quarter to top the Colts (4-6-1). Jalen Hurts found Quez Watkins with a 22-yard touchdown pass early in the fourth quarter and ran 8 yards for the decisive touchdown with 1:20 remaining.

NEW ENGLAND 10 – N.Y. Jets 3… Marcus Jones’ 84-yard punt return for a touchdown with 5 seconds remaining gave the Patriots (6-4) their 14th straight win over the Jets (6-4). With the loss, New York fell from what would have been sole possession of first place in the AFC East to last place.

NEW ORLEANS 27 – L.A. Rams 20… The Saints (4-7) rallied in the second half after the Rams (3-7) lost quarterback Mathew Stafford to concussion protocol. Andy Dalton passed for 260 yards and three touchdowns. Chris Olave, Jarvis Landry and Juwan Johnson had scoring receptions. The loss was L.A.’s fourth in a row.

Detroit 31 – N.Y. GIANTS 18… Jamaal Williams rushed for three touchdowns and the Lions (4-6) surprised the Giants (7-3) for their third straight win. D’Andre Swift added a fourth-quarter scoring run. Detroit recorded three turnovers defensively.

BALTIMORE 13 – Carolina 3… The Ravens (7-3) forced three late turnovers to seal their win over the Panthers (3-8). Justin Tucker kicked a 37 yard field goal and Lamar Jackson ran 1 yard for a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Washington 23 – HOUSTON 10… The Commanders (6-5) cruised past the Texans (1-8-1) for their fifth win in six games. Kendall Fuller returned an interception 37 yards to open the scoring in the first quarter. Curtis Samuel added a 10-yard touchdown run. Houston managed just 148 total yards in its fifth straight loss.

Las Vegas 22 – DENVER 16 (OT)… Derek Carr found Davante Adams with a 35-yard touchdown pas at 8;24 of overtime to send the Raiders (3-7) past the Broncos (3-7). Carr also hit Adams with a 31-yard scoring toss in the first quarter. Las Vegas kicker Daniel Carlson forced the extra period when he booted a 25-yard field goal with 16 seconds left in regulation.

Dallas 40 – MINNESOTA 3… Ezekiel Elliott ran for a pair of touchdowns, Dak Prescott connected with Tony Pollard with a pair of TD passes and the Cowboys (7-3) dealt the Vikings (8-2) their first loss in eight games. Brett Maher made four field goals, including a 60-yarder.

Cincinnati 37 – PITTSBURGH 30… Joe Burrow hit Samaje Perine with three of his four touchdown passes in leading the Bengals (6-4) past the Steelers (3-7). Burrow completed 24 of 39 passes for 355 yards.

Kansas City 30 – L.A. CHARGERS 27… Patrick Mahomes threw three touchdown passes to Travis Kelse, including a 17-yarder with 31 seconds remaining that gave the Chiefs (8-2) a come-from-behind win over the Chargers (5-5). Kelse had six receptions for 115 yards. Isiah Pacheco rushed 15 times for 107 yards.
