NBA Scores Wednesday 11-16

NBA SCOREBOARD…
Indiana 125 – CHARLOTTE 113…  The Pacers pulled away from the Hornets in a contest that was tied after three quarters. Tyrese Haliburton scored 22 points and dished off 11 assists. Myles Turner added 20 points and 10 rebounds. Bennedict Mathurin came off the bench to score Indiana’s first 10 points in the fourth quarter on his way to 20 points.

Minnesota 126 – ORLANDO 108…  The Timberwolves built a 27-point first-half lead and coasted pas the Magic. Anthony Edwards led all scorers with 35 points. Karl-Anthony Towns dropped in 30 points.

Oklahoma City 121 – WASHINGTON 120…  Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 3-pointer with 1.1 seconds remaining capped a 42-point effort that carried the Thunder past the Wizards. Oklahoma City outscored Washington 35-20 in the third quarter to erase a 13-point halftime deficit.

Boston 126 – ATLANTA 101… The Celtics built a double-digit lead early and cruised past the Hawks for their eighth straight win. Jaylen Brown scored 22 points to lead a balanced scoring attack. Derrick White had 16 points and 10 assists.

TORONTO 112 – Miami 104… The Raptors took control with a 21-0 third-quarter run and held off the Heat. O.G. Anunoby had game-highs with 32 points and 10 rebounds. Fred VanVleet tossed in 23 points.

MILWAUKEE 113 – Cleveland 98… The Bucks used a big third quarter to break open a close game on their way to handing the Cavaliers their fifth straight loss. Brook Lopez made seven of nine 3-points attempts and finished with 29 points. Jordan Nwora scored 21 points off the bench. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 16 points and 12 boards.

NEW ORLEANS 124 – Chicago 110… The Pelicans handled the Bulls despite playing without the injured Zion Williamson. All five starters scored in double figures, led by C.J. McCollum’s 23 points. Jonas Valanciunas followed with 22 points.

Houston 101 – DALLAS 92… The Rockets fought their way past a Mavericks team that was resting Luka Doncic. Kevin Porter Jr. and Jalen Green scored 17 points apiece to lead six players in double figures. Porter also grabbed 11 rebounds.

New York 106 – DENVER 103… The Knicks came on strong down the stretch to win in Denver for the first time in 16 years. Julius Randle made a go-ahead free throw with 50 seconds left and finished with 34 points and 11 boards. Jalen Brunson added 21 points. Denver played without Nikola Jokic and Aaron Gordon.

PHOENIX 130 – Golden State 119… All five starters scored in double figures as the  Suns shot their way past the Warriors. Cameron Payne led the way with 29 points. Devin Booker tossed in 27 points and Mikal Bridges added 23. Torrey Craig had 134 points and 10 rebounds. Stephen Curry’s 50 points weren’t enough for Golden State.
