New York 121 – CHARLOTTE 106… The Knicks jumped out to a 40-24 lead after the first quarter and made 20 3-pointers in downing the Hornets. RJ Barrett pumped in 30 points. Obi Toppin had 18 points and 11 rebounds.

DETROIT 122 – Atlanta 101… The Pistons led by as many as 29 points in their rout of the Hawks. Jerami Grant scored 21 points to lead eight players in double figures.

Sacramento 110 – INDIANA 109… Damian Jones’ tip-in of a Trey Lyles miss with less than a second remaining lifted the Kings over the Pacers. Sacramento got 25 points from Davion Mitchell and 22 from Chimezie Metu.

BOSTON 125 – Utah 97… The Celtics built a 23-point halftime lead and never looked back in thrashing the Jazz for their fifth straight win. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown scored 26 points apiece. Marcus Smart dished off 13 assists.

Golden State 118 – MIAMI 104… The short-handed Warriors pulled past the Heat in the second half. Jordan Poole led the way with 30 points. Damion Lee, Jonathan Kuminga and Andrew Wiggins each scored 22 points. Kevon Looney grabbed 16 boards.

MEMPHIS 132 – Brooklyn 120… The Grizzlies recovered to down the Nets after letting a 14-point halftime lead slip away. Desmond Bane and reserve De’Anthony Melton scored 23 points apiece. Dillon Brooks added 21 points.

Phoenix 125 – MINNESOTA 116… The Suns erased a 15-point third-quarter deficit and rallied past the Timberwolves for their sixth straight win. Deandre Ayton lit it up with a career-high 35 points. Devin Booker scored 22 of his 28 points in the second half.

OKLAHOMA CITY 118 – Orlando 102… The Thunder overcame a rough start to roll past the Magic and end their 10-game losing streak. Theo Maledon scored 17 of his season-high 25 points in the fourth quarter. Tre Mann and Isaiah Roby added 21 points apiece.

DALLAS 110 – Houston 91… The Mavericks handled the Raptors despite the absence of leading scorer Luka Doncic. Jalen Brunson led the way with 28 points. Spencer Dinwiddie tossed in 26 points.

San Antonio 133 – PORTLAND 96… The Spurs erupted to score 81 first-half points in their blowout of the Trail Blazers. Dejounte Murray led all scorers with 28 points. Keldon Johnson made five of San Antonio’s 19 3-pointers and finished with 26 points.

Philadelphia 126 – L.A. LAKERS 121… The 76ers led by as many as 15 points in the second half and hung on to beat the Lakers. Joel Embiid had game-highs with 30 points and 10 rebounds. James Harden dropped in 24 points. Tyrese Maxey added 21 points and Tobias Harris tossed in 20.
