PHILADELPHIA 2 – N.Y. Islanders 1… Kevin Hayes scored back-to-back goals in the second period to give the Flyers the lead for good in their win over the Islanders. Travis Konicny assisted on both goals. Goalie Carter Hart made 26 saves.
Dallas 3 – WASHINGTON 2… Roope Hintz netted a pair of power-play goals to lead the Stars past the Capitals.. Alexander Radulov also scored for Dallas. Jake Oettinger stopped 36 shots at goal.
N.Y. Rangers 2 – CAROLINA 0… Alexandar Georgiev stopped all 44 shots for his seventh career shutout and the Rangers clipped the Hurricanes. Chris Krieder found the net to break a scoreless tie late in the second period. Frank Vatrano added an empty-netter with 41.3 seconds to play.
Winnipeg 6 – CHICAGO 4… Jansen Harkins lit the lamp twice during a four-goal second period and the Jets got the better of the Blackhawks. Kyle Connor got his 39th goal of the season and assisted on two goals. Andrew Copp added three assists.
SAN JOSE 4 – Arizona 2… Noah Gregor scored the go-ahead goal in the third period and added an assist as the Sharks rallied past the Coyotes to snap a three-game losing streak. Rudolfs Balcers added an empty-netter to seal the victory.
Buffalo 3 – VANCOUVER 2 (OT)… Rasmus Dahlin found the net 48 seconds into overtime to send the Sabres past the Canucks. Casey Mittelstadt had a goal and an assist. Goalie Craig Anderson made 30 saves in notching his 20th win.
