BOSTON 4 – Chicago 3… David Pastrnak scored his second goal of the game with 17.2 seconds left to send the Bruins past the Blackhawks. Pastrnak also had an assist. Patrice Bergeron set up two goals.
BUFFALO 3 – Vegas 1… The Sabres skated past the Golden Knights to spoil Jack Eichel’s return to Buffalo. Victor Olofsson netted a tie-breaking goal with 3:44 remaining. Goalie Craig Anderson made 30 saves.
Arizona 5 – TORONTO 4 (OT)… The Coyotes recovered to outlast the Maple Leafs for their fourth straight win after blowing a three-goal third-period lead. Jakob Chychrun’s second goal of the game came at 2:17 of overtime. Alex Galchenyuk had a goal and an assist. Scott Wedgewood stopped 34 shots at goal.
OTTAWA 4 – Seattle 3 (OT)… Josh Norris scored a pair of goals, including a power-play goal 2:34 into overtime, in his 100th career game and the Senators edged the Kraken. Goalie Anton Forsberg made 30 saves.
Minnesota 6 – DETROIT 5 (SO)… The Wild got shootout goals from Mats Zuccarello and Kevin Fiala in outlasting the Red Wings. Matt Boldy scored twice in regulation. Cam Talbot made 29 stops at goal.
FLORIDA 6 – Philadelphia 3… Sam Reinhart netted three goals, Carter Verhaeghe added two more and the Panthers doubled up on the Flyers for their fifth straight win. Jonathan Huberdeau and Aaron Ekblad each had four assists. Goalie Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 34 shots.
Winnipeg 2 – NEW JERSEY 1… Kyle Connor scored his 35th goal to break a tie late in the second period and the Jets held off the Devils. Eric Comrie made 33 saves at goal.
CAROLINA 2 – Colorado 0… Antti Raanta stopped all 36 saves in his second shutout this season and the Hurricanes topped the Avalanche. Ethan Bear’s goal with 5:40 left broke a scoreless tie. Sebastian Aho added an empty-netter.
N.Y. ISLANDERS 6 – Columbus 0… Ilya Sorokin stopped 25 shots for his sixth shutout of the season and the Islanders skated past the Blue Jackets. Anders Lee recorded his first career hat trick. Josh Bailey had a goal and an assist. Ryan Pulock and Anthony Beauvillier each had three assists.
NASHVILLE 4 – Anaheim 1… The Predators breezed past the Ducks for their third straight win. Matt Duchene netted two goals and assisted on another. Filip Forsberg added a goal and two assists. Goalie Juuse Saros stopped 27 shots.
CALGARY 4 – Tampa Bay 1… Johnny Gaudreau scored three goals in his sixth career hat trick and the Flames handled the Lightning. Goalie Jacob Markstrom made 30 saves.
San Jose 4 – LOS ANGELES 3 (OT)… The Sharks overcame a 3-1 second-period deficit to outlast the Kings. Tomas Hertl netted the game-winner at 1:13 of overtime and had an assist. Alexander Barabanov also had a goal and an assist. Erik Karlsson assisted on two goals.
