ANAHEIM 4 – St. Louis 1… Troy Terry and Benoit-Oliver Groulx each had a goal and an assist and the Ducks breezed past the Blues. Hampus Lindholm assisted on two goals.
DETROIT 5 – Vegas 2… Pius Suter and Tyler Bertuzzi each had a goal and an assist as the Red Wings skated past the Golden Knights. Sam Gagnerm, Filip Hronek and Nick Leddy each had two assists. Goalie Thomas Greiss made 38 saves, including 19 in the third period.
CHICAGO 2 – Nashville 1 (OT)… Alex DeBrincat scored 37 seconds into overtime to lift the Blackhawks over the Predators. Brandon Hagel netted a second-period goal. Kevin Lankinen stopped 20 shots at goal for Chicago.
MINNESOTA 5 – N.Y. Islanders 2… Back-to-back goals by Ryan Hartman and Brandon Duhaime gave the Wild the lead in the third period and they added a pair of empty-netters in downing the Islanders. Matt Dumba added a goal and an assist.
VANCOUVER 6 – Dallas 3… The Canucks scored four goals in the second period and added two more in the third to double up on the Stars. J.T. Miller netted two power-play goals. Bo Horvat and Elias Pettersson each had a goal and two assists.
