Mizzou Lands UMass Transfer

The Mizzou basketball team landed a commitment from former UMass forward Ronnie DeGray III on Wednesday night. The 6’7″ forward announced his plans to transfer to MU on social media.

DeGray played 15 games for the Minutemen during his freshman season. The Parker, Colorado native averaged 8.7 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.

The former three-star prospect had eight scholarship offers coming out of high school, including one from Mizzou. That’s according to his Rivals page.

DeGray had a career-high 21 points in UMass’s overtime win over Rhode Island on Jan. 18.
