NATIONAL LEAGUE
Arizona 14 – CINCINNATI 11 (10 innings)… David Peralta stroked a three-run triple to highlight a six-run top of the sixth inning and finished with five hits and seven RBIs.

CHI. CUBS 4 –  N.Y. Mets 3 (10 innings)… Jason Hayward’s pinch-hit single in the bottom of the 10th inning scored Eric Sogard with the winning run and the Cubs completed a three-game sweep.

SAN FRANCISCO 3 – Miami 0… Aaron Sanchez (1-1) pitched two-hit ball over five innings and four relievers held the Marlins hitless the rest of the way. Giants catcher Curt Casali caught his fifth straight shutout and singled home two runs to cap a three-run bottom of the first.

San Diego 3 – L.A. DODGERS 2… Fernando Tatis Jr.’s double-play ball in the top of the eighth inning brought home Jurickson Profar with the decisive run. Trent Grisham homered for the Padres.

AMERICAN LEAGUE
N.Y. Yankees 6 – CLEVELAND 3… Rougned Odor came through with a tie-breaking two-run single in the top of the seventh inning. Kyle Hagashioka added a solo homer.

Seattle 7 – BOSTON 3 (10 innings)… Sam Haggerty doubled home a go-ahead run and Mitch Hanigar slugged a three-run homer during a four-run top of the 10th inning that carried the Mariners past the Red Sox. Ty France doubled home two runs.

HOUSTON 8 – L.A. Angels 2… The Astros cruised past the Angels to snap a three-game skid. Alex Bregman went 3-for-4 and knocked in three runs. Cristian Javier (2-0) allowed three hits over five scoreless innings and struck out nine.

INTERLEAGUE
Pittsburgh 4 – DETROIT 2… RBI singles by Colin Moran and Erik González in the top of the eighth inning pulled the Pirates past the Tigers.
