BOSTON 3 – Buffalo 2 (SO)… Charlie Coyle and Jake DeBusk scored in the shootout for the Bruins. Craig Smith had a goal and an assist.
WASHINGTON 6 – Philadelphia 1… Conor Sheary and Anthony Mantha each had a goal and an assist as the Capitals skated past the Flyers. Goalie Ilya Samsonov made 29 saves.
Calgary 3 – TORONTO 2 (OT)… Johnny Gaudreau found the net 36 seconds into overtime to win it for the Flames. Juuso Valimaki and Elias Lindholm scored in regulation.
NASHVILLE 7 – Tampa Bay 2… The Predators opened with three unanswered goals in the first period and cruised past the Lightning. Viktor Arvidsson scored goal goals and assisted on another. Roman Josi added a goal and an assist.
Florida 3 – DALLAS 2 (OT)… Frank Vatrano scored a power-play goal with 1:51 left in overtime as the Panthers outlasted the Stars. Chris Driedger stopped 24 shots at goal.
