Jerry Fletcher, age 62 of Elmer, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 5, 2021 at his farm.
Born September 30, 1958 in Kirksville, Missouri, the son of Larry and Edith (Graham) Fletcher.
Survivors include his father, Larry of Elmer, Missouri; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jessy and Zac Stephenson of Macon, Missouri and Julie and Joseph Mason of Elmer, Missouri; five grandchildren, Zane, Adalyn, Ava, Emery, and Owen; and one brother, Mark Fletcher.
His mother, Edith, preceded him in death.
Jerry was a 1976 graduate of Atlanta High School. He lived and farmed in the Elmer community all of his life, and was a member of the Elmer Christian Church. Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, relic hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Travis Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Missouri. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service starting at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Inurnment will be in the Elmer Cemetery at a later date.
