Blues Lose In OT

SAN JOSE 3 – St. Louis 2 (OT)… Evander Kane found the net 41 seconds into overtime to send the Sharks past the Blues. Ryan Donato set up two goals.

MINNESOTA 2 – Vegas 0… Kaapo Kahkonen stopped all 26 shots in his first career shutout and the Wild clipped the Golden Knights. Kevin Fiala provided all the offense Minnesota needed in the first period with his eighth goal.

EDMONTON 3 – Ottawa 2… Leon Draisaitl’s second-period goal proved to be the difference in the Oilers’ win over the Senators. Connor McDavid assisted on two goals.

Arizona 3 – COLORADO 2… Johan Larsson tipped in a tie-breaking goal early in the third period and the Coyotes held on to edge the Avalanche. Clayton Keller and Oliver Ekman-Larsson each had two assists.

VANCOUVER 2 – Montreal 1 (SO)… Bo Horvat assisted on Adam Gaudette’s tying goal with 41 seconds left in regulation and netted the lone goal in the shootout to lead the Canucks past the Canadiens. Goalie Thatcher Demko made 27 saves.

ANAHEIM 6 – Los Angeles 5 (OT)… The Ducks outlasted the Kings after letting a two-goal third-period lead slip away. Adam Henrique netted the game-winner three minutes into overtime. Rickard Rakell scored two goals and assisted on another. Adrian Kempe’s three goals weren’t enough for Los Angeles.
