The Truman Women stormed out to another big lead and on Wednesday night and didn’t take their foot off the accelerator in a 77-63 win over William Jewell. Katie Jaseckas had a perfect game for Truman State with 18 points and 13 rebounds as she didn’t miss from the field in six attempts and four from outside.
The Bulldogs would lead by as many as 27 points to end the third quarter. Ellie Weltha scored a career-high 16 points and added eight rebounds.
Katey Klucking was the third Truman player in double-digits with 14 points on three treys.
Truman will head to Springfield with a showdown with undefeated and perennial powerhouse Drury Lady Panthers on Saturday at 1 p.m.
