The Kirksville Tigers beat Clark Co. 63-30 Tuesday in the first round of the Highland Tournament. The Tigers, in the first game since December 11th, showed no lingering effects of the long layoff, leading from start to finish. Noah Copeland led the way with 16 points, Lane Feeney 11. The Tiger defense forced 19 turnovers while committing only 6. That lifts the Tigers to 4-0 on the year, and sends them to Thursday’s semifinals against either Macon or Canton at 7:30.
