Rose Evelyn Vaughn LeBard, 79 years old, of Brookfield, Missouri, formerly of Browning, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Life Care Center in Brookfield.
Rose was born September 29, 1941 in Green Castle, Missouri to Frederick Smith and Eulah Vonne (Morris) Snow. She married Parker Davis and three children were born to this marriage. She later married Harry LeBard and he preceded her in death. Rose was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Mindy Davis; a sister, Juanita Fern Snow in infancy; brothers, Frederick Snow, Jr.; Melvin Snow, William Lee Snow, and Ronald Clayton Snow.
Rose was survived by two children, Tina Scarbrough and Alan Davis of Iowa; several grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Thompson of Kirksville and Barbara Isaacs of California; and several nieces and nephews.
Rose grew up North of Green Castle, then moved to Newton, Iowa before moving around several places and moving back to Browning. She enjoyed gardening, raising flowers and loved cats.
An informal graveside service 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Overstreet Cemetery, North of Green Castle. Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Green City is handling arrangements.
