Linda L. Wymer

Linda LaVonne (Fountain) Wymer, 71 of Moulton, Iowa passed away at her home on Thursday, March 19, 2020.

The daughter of Thomas and Marjorie LaVonne (Covington) Fountain, she was born in Davis County, Iowa on April 18, 1948. She was a graduate of the Davis County High School in Bloomfield, Iowa. Following her graduation from high school, she was united in marriage to Donnie Eugene Anders and to this union, two sons were born, Brian Eugene and Darin Eric. Linda later made her home in Moulton, Iowa with George Rhinehart and he passed away. Then, she and Jim Young were special friends, living in Moulton, Iowa for approximately seventeen years.

Linda is survived by her two sons, Brian Eugene Anders and significant other, Tiffaney VerKuilen of Moulton, Iowa and Darin Eric Anders and fiancé, Shaina Gilbert of Glenwood, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Brian Eugene Anders, Jr. of Moulton, Iowa, Samuel Anders of Moulton, Iowa, Megan McCall of Bloomfield, Iowa, Heather Anders of Downing, Missouri, Kimberly Broomhall of Lancaster, Missouri, Madelyn Anders of Bondurant, Iowa, Austin Anders Stanbro of Muscatine, Iowa, Tyler Anders Baker of Glenwood, Missouri, and Davin Anders of Memphis, Missouri; several great grandchildren; one brother, George Fountain of Ottumwa, Iowa; nieces and nephews and other family members and many good friends.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Millard Edsel Fountain and Charles Alva Fountain and one sister, Lorraine Marie Fountain.

The best things in Linda’s life were her sons and her grandchildren. She stuck by them through “thick and thin”! She was a great mother, grandmother, friend and all-around person. She will truly be missed and never forgotten. Rest in peace mom. We will always love you.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 23, 2020 at the Sunset View Cemetery in Moulton, Iowa at 2:00 p.m. with Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri officiating. Memorials have been established for the Orleans Church. Burial will be in the Moulton Sunset View Cemetery in Moulton, Iowa.
