Ronald “Ron Keith Scott, 69 of Harris, Missouri formerly of Novinger, passed away on Friday, January 3rd, 2020 at his home surrounded by the love of his family.
Born on Monday, March 13th, 1950 the son on Lee Scott and Lucille (Montgomery) Scott in Kirksville, MO. On Monday, August 20, of 1979 he married Margaret Lee Snidow and to this union two sons were shared.
Ron is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Margaret Scott of Harris, Mo.; sons, (Tom) Jacobs (Sara) of Spickard, MO., Jeremy Scott (Jillian) of Boston, MA; three grandchildren, Brooke, Rory and J.T. and Owen; one great grand-child, Ru; many nieces, nephews and cousins along with his faith full forever friend Hemi.
Ron’s wishes were for a simple cremation with A Simplified Funeral in Green Castle and no services.
The family will be planting a memorial oak tree at a later date to celebrate and honor Ron’s character, strength, loyalty and courage.
