Funeral Services for Richard Leon Foster of Harris, MO will be held 11:00 am Friday November 8, 2019 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Milan, MO with a visitation being held one-hour prior at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at the Harris Cemetery. Richard passed away November 1, 2019.
