Jeffrey Scott Phillips, 73, of Greentop, Missouri, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at his home under Hospice care.
Born October 25, 1949 in Elkhart, Indiania, Jeffrey was the son of the late Jack Harding and Virginia Elizabeth (Wheeler) Phillips. On June 2, 1968 in Kirksville, Missouri, Jeffrey was united in marriage to Wava Davidson.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife Wava of fifty-four years; one son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Christa Phillips; and two grandchildren, Chance and Allison.
Jeff requested to have a private family graveside service that was held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Mulberry Cemetery in rural Kirksville.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, MO.
