Tracey Potter 61 of Kirksville, Missouri passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
The son of Jackie Paul and Mary Ruth (Warner) Potter, he was born August 2, 1960 in Kirksville, Missouri. He grew up in Kirksville and attended Kirksville Schools. He worked as a CNA in the area and at the Oatmeal Factory in St. Joseph, Missouri. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, garage sales, Bar-B-Qing, spending time with family and friends. He was a fun loving guy and the life of the party.
Tracey is survived by one sister, Brenda Herron of Hurdland, MO; one brother, Jerry (Pam) Hatcher of Kirksville; best friend, Trevor Hopper of Kirksville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Stacy Potter; two sisters, Virginia Potter Sanders and Susan Robinson; one brother-in-law, Tom Sanders and one niece, MaryJane Shea.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday with funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home.
